About FIMA

Family and Internal Medicine Associates (FIMA) is a Rural Health Clinic located in Lebanon, Kentucky. Currently, we are the largest independent primary care practice in central Kentucky.

FIMA opened on April 1, 1999 and has since grown to include three board certified physicians, eight Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, one Physician Assistant and a staff of just under 50 employees.

With providers trained in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Geriatrics  FIMA is completely equipped to serve you and your family.

We are currently accepting new patients, from 2 years of age and older.

FIMA serves all patients regardless of their ability to pay. If uninsured or underinsured and approved on a sliding fee scale, costs are based on household size and income. To see if you qualify, complete the simple application and bring it to your visit along with proof of income and your last income tax return. For questions, please call our office at 270-699-9500.
